Rum Tea Punch 
Recipe/Directions: Easy, serve immediately. Serves 100-150. 1 20-gallon trash can (clean); 3 gallons tea, brewed strongly; 3 gallons dark rum; 9 16-ounce bottles real lemon; 10 pounds sugar; 30 pounds ice; 4 dozen lemons (For smaller quantities: 1 quart tea, 1 quart rum, 1 cup sugar, 12 lemons). Fill trash can half full. Pour in warm tea and dark rum. Blend together. In large bowl, combine sugar and real lemon and add to mixture. Slice lemon and add to mixture. Stir ingredients well. Keep plenty of ice on hand to add.
