BRANDY: Oh my. This is something I could drink every day. First thing. For breakfast. Yum: 4
SAPPHI: This would be a good after dinner drink in a smaller portion without ice. Or--this would be nicer with a 1/2-1/2 ratio instead of 3 to 1: 3.5
WHISKEY: Smells yummy, tastes smooth--but I can't drink the entire thing. Maybe a smaller portion? Maybe with a bit more water?: 3
MADRAS: Love the ice cubes! Yummy drink but in smaller size with maybe a shot of seltzer to cut it: 3.5
FIREFLY: Minty goodness! Soooooo Smooth: 3.5
DARK: A classic case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts--or however that goes. I agree that it might be best in a smaller portion--perhaps a frozen cordial glass? Makes my mouth kissable!: 4
BIJOU: I am pleasantly surprised with the highly enjoyable crème de menthe essence. I find that Diana is tasting more and more wonderful with every sip. I'm tempted to say the brandy ratio should be higher, but why mess with a beautiful cocktail?: 4
B. MONDAY: A bit syrupy
but still refreshing. A nice surprise: 3.5
